Q. How many devices can I use for one serial code?
Each serial number can be used for two computers, Windows and Mac are both available for use.
Q. Can I add an extra seat or device to my existing license key?
Originally each set of the license key can activate only two devices. Although you can change which devices you want to activate without any limitation, it's still troublesome to activate, deactivate repeatedly between devices.
Now you can easily solve this problem. You can add extra seats to your existing license key. For example, if you want to activate three devices, you can pay to activate one extra device.

Q. How To Request A Refund?
We provide a 30-day-free trial to all users to try out our product, Eagle, in the trial, every single feature is provided as is, there's no feature being cut, hidden, or removed from the trial version, everything is identical to the purchased version. In other words, you should be able to assess Eagle thoroughly during the trial, with this in mind, we would review the refund process more strictly as we deem we have provided sufficient time and information for you to assess the product. Please see the following details about the refund application:
acceptable refund reasons:
- Purchased repeatedly
- The Product is not compatible with your device, hence Eagle is not working at all
refund reasons that are NOT accepted:
- Subjective Reasons, e.g.: "I don't like how it works", "I don't need the product anymore", "I don't have money" etc.
- Request without contexts, for example, "I just wanna get refunded"
- Complaint about Eagle's unfeatured functions, abilities and etc.
- Reluctant to cooperate, providing the information, procedures as requested by us.
If you choose to apply for the refund and revoke the product's lifetime license key, please submit your request to email@example.com within 5 days after purchase, and advise us of the reason for the refund.
As we receive your request, we will review and reply to you with the result in 3 working days.

Q. Can I purchase this app on App Store?
We are quite sorry but this app is not available on App Store due to policy problems, such as verifications take over a week and Apple’s Sand Box policies will slow down and limit Eagle’s many functions and features.
Q. I have the serial number already, how do I activate the application?
After you have successfully bought the serial code, you can find it in your email, activate Eagle, and click “Eagle”>”register” on the Menu, then key in your serial code, and Eagle is free for you to use.
Q. How do I transfer the serial code to another device?
You can cancel the bond of the serial code by clicking 「Eagle」>「Unregister」, then you can use that code on a different device.
Q. If my PC has broken down or has been lost, am I able to transfer my serial code to another device under this situation?
Yes you can, you don’t need to worry about losing your number if something bad happens to your original device, the unbound can be done on the new device as well.
