The sync tool is not just showing placeholders while the actual files remain in the cloud

Method 2: Fix Cache Data Issues

If cache data is inconsistent with the actual content, please follow these steps:

Click the library icon, open the library menu, and select "Empty Cache and Reload"
If using sync tools, confirm that all files have been completely synced and downloaded locally
Switch to "Uncategorized", hold Ctrl and click the library name to access hidden repair tools
Select "Repair damaged metadata.json files" from the menu to fix corrupted metadata files
After repair is complete, hold Ctrl and click the library name again
Select "Clear Invalid Content"
Click "Reload Library"
Hold Ctrl and click the library name again, select "Clear Invalid Content"
Select "Fix Invalid Content"
Materials without original files will be moved to "Trash"
